Members Only was designed specifically with the needs and requirements of clubs, associations and other member groups in mind. It provides all the tools you need to organize names, addresses, phone numbers, track subscription information, members' activities/categories and information on members' children, spouse information, professions and much more. It lets you keep accurate, easily-accessible records, eliminating the necessity of having to remember everything about every member of your organization - it's now all on your desktop computer. Members Only lets you keep unlimited records and provides query-like reports and a data export facility that could hardly be easer to use. Record selection for reports can be based on a number of easily-specified criteria. For instance you could ask for a list of members whose subscriptions have expired and who also have an outstanding balance owed. Selected records can then be sorted in descending outstanding balance sequence, showing the most delinquent at the top. Reporting speed is extremely fast with the capability of processing thousands of records in seconds. Members Only main features: Gives instant access to membership and subscription information including member balances and subscription history, showing all recorded charges and payments. Keeps unlimited member records and provides a query-like reporting feature and easy-to-use data import and export options. Lets you define up to 500 different subscription types, periods and rates (300 in Mac version). Comes with 15 built-in reports with flexible selection criteria options. Also allows you to create, save and re-run reports which you design, complete with selection criteria. Has "plug-in" report capabilities - user-defined reports can be transferred between different copies of Members Only. This allows anyone who uses Members Only to create new reports and make them available to other Members Only users! Creates member listings, mailing labels and other reports based on any combination of profession, member activity/category, type of subscription, birth month, subscription start and expiry dates, marital status, etc. Reports optionally preview on screen before printing. Windows Version 1.0B and Mac OS version 1.0A1 introduce a Preferences window from which you can set the default paper size (either US Letter or A4) for pre-defined reports.
